The Sales Specialist Role

Our goal is to find a standout Sales Specialist who is energetic, ambitious, and thrives in a dynamic environment where they can put their amazing communication skills to use. This opportunity is ideal for a social-media savvy individual who wants to contribute to a driven, work-from-home team. 

The Sales Specialist sets calls for Sales Advisors by facilitating the initial conversation with leads in the sales pipeline. Sales Specialists also handle front-end sales of introductory products. Sales Specialists are motivated by helping others achieve high levels of success. They work closely with the Client Success Team to ensure customers join our most elite subscription program. 

This position requires spending significant time online interacting with potential clients via social media. 

Activity sheets, sales meeting attendance, and coaching sessions are used to help refine and build sales expertise. 

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Add incoming prospects to company’s Facebook group 
  • Routinely tag/comment in Facebook with new/old leads 
  • Monitor Facebook Group/Page for new members, comments, posts, inbox, etc. 
  • Move all prospects to the proper stages of pipeline via CRM throughout the day 
  • Document all interactions with all prospects and clients in the CRM, escalating to the Client Success Team as necessary 
  • Educate prospects on our products 
  • Available full-time Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm PST 
  • Attend at least 1 coaching call per week with our Client Success Team 
  • Collaborate with the Client Success Director on ways to serve our current clients

  • Someone who enjoys both outbound sales and inbound sales 

Results

Compensation

$3,000/month contractor base against a draw compensation plus uncapped commissions. New salespeople can make anywhere from hundreds to thousands of dollars per week in commissions. This result is completely dependent upon your willingness to put in the effort to achieve your goals.
