IMPORTANT: READ CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING THE MINT CRO PROPRIETARY CONVERSION EXPERTS GROWTH SYSTEM. BY ACCESSING OR USING CONVERSION EXPERTS, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT:

● YOU UNDERSTAND IT, AND,
● THAT YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS
This Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between Mint C.R.O. Inc. located at 8 The Green, Suite #18085 , Dover, Delaware, United States 19901 (“MINT CRO”), and the Student (“YOU”, “YOUR”, “CLIENT”)
WHEREAS, MINT CRO is engaged in this business of marketing and client coaching services; and WHEREAS, you desire to engage MINT CRO to provide business training to you in the form of Conversion Experts which contains:
Course Content and, Digital Materials
Private Community, Recordings, and Community;
(referred to below as “Conversion Experts”, the “Course”, or the “Growth System”)
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions of Purchase and the Terms of Use or Privacy Policy, these Terms and Conditions of Purchase shall control.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties agree as follows:
SECTION 1: GENERAL & SPECIFIC TERMS, CHANGES
Conversion Expert Terms. These General Terms, Third Party Materials, No Warranties and Intellectual Property apply to all Services.
SECTION 2: PAYMENT POLICY
Fees: You are purchasing access for one (1) business to Conversion Experts and you are responsible to pay for the Conversion Experts Product in full (including all applicable sales and other taxes or fees) and for providing us with a valid credit card or other payment method. All prices are in American Dollars (USD).
Adding Viewers. If you would like to take the course with an assistant, business partner or collaborator and you are using this to grow the same business, you may share a login. To add a business, you must purchase another instance of Conversion Experts. If you would like your entire team to take Conversion Experts, please contact us for team discounts via email: ask@mintcro.com.
Transferability. A transfer is considered adding another business, so we would charge a fee.
Payment Plan: If you select the payment plan, your card will be charged the first payment when you register and subsequent payments will be charged on the same day of the month for the number of months you have committed to.
Missed Payment: Conversion Experts is not a subscription payment model that can be canceled or a “pay in part” course where you can pay only for access to certain Modules and not others. This is a full immersion course, and your payment plan is a convenience that we offer so that you can make the price sustainable.
If you have selected a payment plan and you have a late or failed, your account status will be changed to “delinquent” and we reserve the right to immediately pause the course access (Thinkific, Facebook group, Recordings, and archiving Unbounce/ Mouseflow accounts). You will be revoked seven (7) days after your payment declines. You will not regain access to the Course until the account is back in good standing.
Cancelling or removing the credit card. This does not cancel your subscription, violates the terms of the agreement and will risk putting your account in Delinquent Status.
Delinquent Account: If your account remains in delinquent status for longer than sixty (60) days, the Company reserves the right to report any delinquent balance owed to a credit reporting bureau and/or collections agency subject to the Company’s sole discretion until the account is back in good standing.
SECTION 3: REFUND POLICY
MINT CRO CONVERSION EXPERTS PRO
Refund Eligibility: Our commitment is to change people’s businesses and lives. You can participate in the Conversion Experts PRO Course for up to the first three (3) Sprints before no longer being eligible for a refund. Your refund is subject to the following conditions:
- You must submit your request within 30 Days of purchase. The deadline exists because if you sign up for Conversion Experts, we want you to get started. If you don’t plan on starting right away but want to sign up this year, we’d love to have you, but definitely make sure this is the right investment for you, as the refund does have a firm deadline
- Must attend and share data on Coaching Calls. Conversion Experts PRO is not only an online curriculum based course, but has multiple Coaching calls per week to help ensure you are on the right path, understanding the methodology, and moving forward in the right direction.
- Completed Course Work. We’ll ask for your completed course work (to make sure you gave it a go) and ask what didn’t work for you (so we can learn and improve). You must email your course work to ask@mintcro.com before the deadline. Then we will book a meeting with you and a Coach to review the course work together.
- Consumption of MINT CRO Intellectual Property. If you have accessed more than 30% of the Conversion Experts PRO online course content you will not be eligible for a refund.
Company Discretion. After you submit your materials and have a meeting with one of MINT CRO Coaches, all refunds are within the Company’s sole discretion as to whether to grant or deny the refund request.

We put an extraordinary amount of time and effort into this Course, and we expect you to do the same. Conversion Experts is for serious students only.

100% Non-Refundable: Both Mastermind and Insider License are 100% non-refundable upon purchase. By purchasing Mastermind or Insider License you agree to pay your upfront payment or your payment plan in full and in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in SECTION 2.
SECTION 4: THIRD-PARTY MATERIALS AND WEBSITES
We are not responsible for any services information or content accessed or purchased through MINT CRO, which you may be able to access, use or connect to with our Services (the “Third-Party Services”).
Facebook Ads Terms & Policies. Conversion Experts Methodology leverages the Facebook Ads platform (the “Advertising Platform”). When accessing the Advertising Platform services, you are responsible for complying with all of the terms, conditions, policies and guidelines which the applicable Advertising Platforms impose on their users (the “Third-Party Terms”), including (but not limited to) those published at:
Instagram Term of Use and Instagram for Business in respect of Instagram services
You also agree that the Facebook Ad Platform can be highly susceptible to change and their service levels and ease-of-use varies based on rapid product & policy changes. Banned Content Categories on Facebook.
This methodology will NOT work for the following business categories because Facebook has banned these content types (posted or in ads):
Adult Content
Hate Speech and Harassment
Prescription Drugs
Illegal Drugs including Medical Marijuana and the Legal Cannabis Industry (even though it’s legal in some states, it’s still considered part of this category per Facebook’s Policies)
Alcohol Sales
Online Gambling
Tobacco Products & Related Paraphernalia
Multi-Level Marketing

Facebook Ads ‘Special Ad Category’. The Conversion Experts methodology WILL work for these categories but may require additional support and/or testing because they are more difficult categories for audience targeting and ad approval.

Knowing this, if you still choose to purchase Conversion Experts without additional support: MINT CRO Membership or CRO Services, you are NOT eligible for a Refund.
3rd Party Materials Use & Payment: MINT CRO provides links to third-party materials and websites and provides a Facebook group or other Member Forum as a convenience to you and other Conversion Experts Participants. These third-party materials and websites are not owned nor under the direct control of MINT CRO and they may be either withdrawn or terminated at any time without any liability on the part of MINT CRO. You agree that you will be responsible for all payment and other obligations associated with your use of any and all third-party materials and websites.
3rd Party Materials Support: The Course provides extensive training for the 3rd Party Materials that are taught in Conversion Experts. If you require additional support you may upgrade to Conversion Experts Membership, CRO Services, or obtain additional help at your expense. MINT CRO does not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites or for any other materials, products, or services of third-parties.
SECTION 5: NO WARRANTIES
Success is not Guaranteed. We offer the service “As Is”. Every online business is different, employing different strategic approaches, organizational structures, marketing skill levels, and offering different products and services. Therefore, individual results will vary from user to user.
When addressing financial matters in any of our websites, videos, newsletters, or other Content, we’ve taken all reasonable efforts to ensure that we accurately represent our Conversion Experts and their potential to grow your business and improve your life. However, the Company does not guarantee that you will get any results or earn any money using any of our ideas, tools, strategies or recommendations, and nothing in the Course, Content, or Site is a promise or guarantee to you of future earnings.
By accepting the terms of this Agreement, YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE CONVERSION EXPERTS PRODUCT IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
Limited Liability: In no event will MINT CRO be liable to you or any party related to you for any damages, including any indirect or consequential loss, or any loss of profits, revenue, or loss of data or other content, or other financial loss, whether under a theory of contract, warranty, tort (including negligence) products liability or otherwise, even if MINT CRO has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Limitations herein described shall be applied to the greatest extent enforceable under applicable law.
SECTION 6: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Course was developed solely for your personal use and may not be reproduced for publication or for the personal or commercial use of others without permission.
Our Limited License to You. All original materials provided by MINT CRO in the Course or as part of the Growth System are owned by MINT CRO. Any original materials are provided for YOUR individual use only. All intellectual property remains the property of MINT CRO. No license to sell, distribute, transfer, reproduce, prepare a derivative work, display or perform is granted or implied.
The materials in Conversion Experts constitute MINT CRO’s intellectual property, including, but not limited to, Conversion Experts Methodology, High-Impact Tests, training materials, services provided, trade secrets and copyrights ("MINT CRO IP"). You are not authorized to use any MINT CRO IP without MINT CRO’s express consent. Ownership of the MINT CRO IP remains with MINT CRO and you agree not to make any claims or assertions of any other party’s ownership of MINT CRO IP.
To be clear, you may not create derivative works, resource guides, marketing or business materials, source material, intellectual property, websites, blogs, web content, or any other works that reference the Company, Jessica Jobes, Erin Athene, Conversion Experts, or the Conversion Experts Content, or infringe on any of the Company’s intellectual property in any way. Any material that you create should be focused on your business, not ours. All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in and to MINT CRO (including Trademarks: “Conversion Experts”, “High-Impact Tests”, “An Engineering Approach to Marketing”, and “Business Growth Backed by Science”) are owned by the Company and/or its licensors, which reserve all their respective rights in law or in equity.
THE USE OF MINT CRO IP, EXCEPT AS PERMITTED IN THIS AGREEMENT, IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED AND INFRINGES ON THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OF THE COMPANY AND OTHERS AND MAY SUBJECT YOU TO CIVIL AND CRIMINAL PENALTIES, INCLUDING POSSIBLE MONETARY DAMAGES, FOR COPYRIGHT AND OTHER INFRINGEMENT.
YOUR License to Us. MINT CRO may provide its users with access to a forum as an opportunity to submit, post, display, transmit and/or exchange information, ideas, opinions, photographs, images, video, creative works or other information, messages, transmissions or material to MINT CRO and other users via Facebook Groups, Message Boards, Video Calls, or other means (“User Submissions”).
User submissions do not reflect the views of MINT CRO (the “Forum Moderators”), neither of which have any obligation whatsoever to monitor, edit, or review any User Submissions.
The Forum Moderators assume no responsibility or liability arising from the content of any User Submissions and assume no responsibility to respond to any of your or any other user’s User Submission.
All User Submissions will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. Anything you submit or transmit to MINT CRO or post shall be deemed the property of and may be used by the Forum Moderators for any purpose, including, but not limited to, reproduction, disclosure, transmission, publication, broadcast and posting. Furthermore, the Forum Moderators are free to use and shall be deemed to own, any ideas, concepts, know-how, or techniques contained in any User Submission you submit or transmit to MINT CRO for any purpose whatsoever, including, but not limited to, developing, manufacturing and marketing products using such information. Disclosure, submission, or offer of any User Submissions to MINT CRO shall constitute an assignment to the Forum Moderators of all worldwide rights, titles, and interests in all copyrights and other intellectual property rights in such User Submission.
SECTION 7: ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
Conversion Experts Community Rules. No Solicitation Within the Conversion Experts Member Area -- The Conversion Experts Community is about learning how to get customers, but is not about trying to turn other Conversion Expert Participants into your customers. You are not permitted to offer your services, sell your programs or products, or invite Conversion Expert Participants to join other social networks, groups, or programs. This is a space for learning and is a pitch-free, solicitation-free and sales-free environment. Sharing affiliate links within the Conversion Expert Member Area is not permitted.
Your failure to comply with these terms will result in immediate termination of your participation in Conversion Experts without refund.
Class Action Waiver. You may only resolve disputes with us on an individual basis, and may not bring a claim as a plaintiff or a class member in a class, consolidated, or representative action. Class arbitrations, class actions, private attorney general actions, and consolidation with other arbitrations aren't allowed.
The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a class or representative proceeding or claims (such as a class action, consolidated action or private attorney general action) unless all relevant parties specifically agree to do so following initiation of the arbitration.
Severability. If any clause within this Provision (other than the Class Action Waiver clause above) is found to be illegal or unenforceable, that clause will be severed from this Provision, and the remainder of this Provision will be given full force and effect. If the Class Action Waiver clause is found to be illegal or unenforceable, this entire Provision will be unenforceable and the dispute will be decided by a court.
Non-Solicitation for Hire/Employment. The parties agree that neither party and their associated entities, employees, or subcontractors will employ or approach for hire or employment the employees, contractors, subcontractors, or the ex-employees, ex-contractors or ex-subcontractors of the other party, during the term of this Agreement, and until a minimum period of twelve (12) months following the termination of this Agreement.
BY PURCHASING, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO ALL OF THE AFOREMENTIONED TERMS, INCLUDING THOSE RELATED TO COURSE FEES, PAYMENT PLANS, STRICT REFUND POLICIES, AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.
