IMPORTANT: READ CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING THE MINT CRO PROPRIETARY CONVERSION EXPERTS GROWTH SYSTEM. BY ACCESSING OR USING CONVERSION EXPERTS PRO, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT:

● YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT,

● YOU UNDERSTAND IT, AND,

● THAT YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS 

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between Mint C.R.O. Inc. located at 8 The Green, Suite #18085, Dover, Delaware, United States 19901 (“Mint CRO”), and the Student (“YOU”, “YOUR”, “CLIENT”)

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions of Purchase and the Terms of Use or Privacy Policy, these Terms and Conditions of Purchase shall control.

 WHEREAS, MINT CRO is engaged in this business of marketing and client coaching services; and WHEREAS, YOU desire to engage MINT CRO to provide business training to YOU in the form of the Conversion Experts and the Conversion Experts Live Coaching Program. 

WHEREAS, The program is CONVERSION EXPERTS PRO (“Conversion Experts Growth System”, “Conversion Experts”, “Live Coaching Program”, “Coaching”, “Membership” or the “Program”) which includes:

     Course Content and Digital Materials, and Recordings
     (referred to below as “Conversion Experts”, the “Course”, or the “Growth System”)

     Private Community

     Access to Weekly Live Coaching, Data Reviews, Evaluation, Support (“Coaching Calls”)

     Access to the service of Coaching (“Coaching”) on LIVE Group Coaching Calls and it’s delivered by MINT 
     CRO or one of its Conversion Rate Optimization Specialists or Strategists (each a “CRO Coach” or 
     “Conversion Experts Coach”).

 Upon successfully “Unlocking” a page, Membership includes Access to Conversion Experts Mastermind which includes additional Coaching Calls and a Mastermind Forum

NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties agree as follows:

SECTION 1: TERM & TERMINATION

Conversion Expert PRO Terms. These General Terms, Third Party Materials, No Warranties and Intellectual Property apply to all Services.

Qualification. The Conversion Domination LIVE event and other Mint CRO live events are only available with Paid Access.  

Term. The Term of this Agreement will commence upon YOUR payment of the applicable Program Fee. YOU agree and understand that upon commencement of the Term of this Agreement, YOU will become an attendee of The Conversion Domination LIVE event or other Mint CRO live events.

Termination. MINT CRO may terminate this Agreement at any time in its discretion upon notice to YOU. MINT CRO will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from such termination. 

SECTION 2: PAYMENT POLICY

Fees: You are purchasing access for one (1) person to The Conversion Domination LIVE event or other Mint CRO live events and YOU are responsible to pay for the ticket in full (including all applicable sales and other taxes or fees) and for providing us with a valid credit card or other payment method. All prices are in American Dollars (USD).

Adding Viewers. If YOU would like to attend with an assistant, business partner or collaborator and you are using this to grow the same business, YOU may not share a login. To add a business, you must purchase another seat to The Conversion Domination LIVE event or other Mint CRO live events. If YOU would like YOUR entire team to attend The Conversion Domination LIVE event or other Mint CRO live events, please contact us for team discounts via email: ask@mintcro.com or schedule a call: https://mintcro.com/go 

Transferability. A transfer is considered adding another business, so we would charge a fee.

Payment Plan: If YOU select the payment plan, YOUR card will be charged the first payment when YOU register and subsequent payments will be charged on the same day of the month for the number of months YOU have committed to. 

Cancelling or removing the credit card. This does not cancel YOUR subscription, it violates the terms of the agreement and will risk putting YOUR account in Delinquent Status.


SECTION 3: REFUND POLICY

100% Non-Refundable: The Conversion Domination LIVE event and other Mint CRO live events are 100% non-refundable upon purchase. By purchasing The Conversion Domination LIVE event or other Mint CRO live events you agree to pay your upfront payment or your payment plan in full and in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in SECTION 2.

SECTION 6: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

These Intellectual Property Terms are in addition to the Conversion Experts Intellectual Property Terms. Any terms we use without defining them have the definitions given to them in the Conversion Experts Terms. These Intellectual Property Terms will prevail to the extent of any conflict with the Conversion Experts Intellectual Property Terms.

YOUR License to Us. The weekly calls shall be recorded and may be shared to existing and future Conversion Expert students. By accepting the terms of this Agreement and requesting assistance for YOUR own business or YOUR client’s business, YOU acknowledge that YOUR own account or client accounts will be recorded and shared as replay and training material.

MINT CRO provides its members with access to Coaching Calls as an opportunity to submit, post, display, transmit and/or exchange information, ideas, opinions, photographs, images, video, creative works or other information, messages, transmissions or material to MINT CRO and other members (“User Submissions”). 

The Forum Moderators assume no responsibility or liability arising from the content of any User Submissions and assume no responsibility to respond to any of YOUR or any other user’s User Submission.

All User Submissions will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. Anything YOU submit or transmit to MINT CRO or post shall be deemed the property of and may be used by the Forum Moderators for any purpose, including, but not limited to, reproduction, disclosure, transmission, publication, broadcast and posting. Furthermore, the Forum Moderators are free to use and shall be deemed to own, any ideas, concepts, know-how, or techniques contained in any User Submission YOU submit or transmit to MINT CRO for any purpose whatsoever, including, but not limited to, developing, manufacturing and marketing products using such information. Disclosure, submission, or offer of any User Submissions to MINT CRO shall constitute an assignment to the Forum Moderators of all worldwide rights, titles, and interests in all copyrights and other intellectual property rights in such User Submission.

SECTION 7: ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Conversion Experts Community Rules. No Solicitation Within the Conversion Experts Member Area -- The Conversion Experts Community is about learning how to get customers, but is not about trying to turn other Conversion Expert Participants into YOUR customers. You are not permitted to offer YOUR services, sell YOUR programs or products, or invite Conversion Expert Participants to join other social networks, groups, or programs. This is a space for learning and is a pitch-free, solicitation-free and sales-free environment. Sharing affiliate links within the Conversion Expert Member Area is not permitted.

YOUR failure to comply with these terms will result in immediate termination of YOUR participation in Conversion Experts without refund.


BY PURCHASING, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO ALL OF THE AFOREMENTIONED TERMS, INCLUDING THOSE RELATED TO COURSE FEES, PAYMENT PLANS, STRICT REFUND POLICIES, AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.

We are not responsible for any services, information, or content accessed OR purchased through MINT CRO, which YOU may be able to access, use or connect to with our Services (the “Third-Party Services”).

Facebook Ads Terms & Policies. Conversion Experts Methodology leverages the Facebook Ads platform (the “Advertising Platform”). When accessing the Advertising Platform services, YOU are responsible for complying with all of the terms, conditions, policies and guidelines which the applicable Advertising Platforms impose on their users (the “Third-Party Terms”), including (but not limited to) those published at:

You also agree that the Facebook Ad Platform can be highly susceptible to change and their service levels and ease-of-use varies based on rapid product & policy changes. If at any time the Advertising Platform is affecting YOUR ability to get results, we assume no responsibility or liability.

Banned Content Categories on Facebook. 

This Methodology will NOT work for the following business categories because Facebook has banned these content types (posted or in ads): 

  • Adult Content

  • Hate Speech and Harassment

  • Prescription Drugs

  • Illegal Drugs including Medical Marijuana and the Legal Cannabis Industry (even though it’s legal in some states, it’s still considered part of this category per Facebook’s Policies)

  • Alcohol Sales

  • Online Gambling

  • Tobacco Products & Related Paraphernalia

  • Multi-Level Marketing

Knowing this, if YOU still choose to purchase Conversion Experts, YOU are NOT eligible for a Refund.

Facebook Ads ‘Special Ad Category’. The Conversion Experts Methodology WILL work for these categories but may require additional support and/or testing because they are more difficult categories for audience targeting and ad approval. 

Knowing this, if YOU still choose to purchase Conversion Experts without additional support: MINT CRO Membership or CRO Services, YOU are NOT eligible for a Refund.

3rd Party Materials Use & Payment: MINT CRO provides links to third-party materials and websites and provides a Facebook group or other Member Forum as a convenience to YOU and other Conversion Experts Participants. These third-party materials and websites are not owned nor under the direct control of MINT CRO and they may be either withdrawn or terminated at any time without any liability on the part of MINT CRO. You agree that YOU will be responsible for all payment and other obligations associated with YOUR use of any and all third-party materials and websites. 

3rd Party Materials Support: The Course provides extensive training for the 3rd Party Materials that are taught in Conversion Experts. If YOU require additional support YOU may upgrade to Conversion Experts Membership, CRO Services, or obtain additional help at YOUR expense. MINT CRO does not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites or for any other materials, products, or services of third-parties.


SECTION 4: THIRD-PARTY MATERIALS AND WEBSITES
