By using this Site or opting into our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18 years old, you may not use or access our services or opt into our messaging program. This Site is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
2. SERVICES OVERVIEW
Mint CRO Inc. offers access to free webinars and introductory course content designed to help business owners improve their marketing and conversion rates. Within the webinar and course, participants may have the opportunity to book a complimentary strategy call with a member of our team to explore our higher-tier coaching and advisory programs.
Access to these resources is provided at no cost to the registrant. Mint CRO reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of its offerings at any time without notice.
3. SMS MESSAGING PROGRAM
Program Description
Mint CRO Inc. operates an SMS messaging program designed to ensure optimal customer support and keep registered participants informed throughout their experience. The program includes the following message types:
Webinar registration confirmations and access details
Appointment reminders and scheduling updates for booked strategy calls
Responses to service inquiries submitted through our Site
Follow-up messages regarding free course access and next steps
Occasional marketing messages about special offers, events, and service updates (only for contacts who provide separate, explicit marketing consent)
How to Opt In
You opt in to receive SMS messages by visiting go.mintcro.com, entering your mobile phone number, and manually checking the applicable consent checkbox(es) on our registration form. Checkboxes are not pre-selected - you must take an affirmative action to opt in. Two separate checkboxes are provided:
Checkbox 1 (Non-Marketing): consent to receive transactional messages such as webinar confirmations, appointment reminders, and service inquiry responses.
Checkbox 2 (Marketing): consent to receive promotional messages such as special offers, discounts, and service updates.
You may opt in to one or both categories independently.
Opt-In Confirmation
Upon opting in, you will receive a confirmation message stating: "You've successfully opted in to receive notifications and messages from Mint CRO Inc. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for assistance."

Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number from which you received our messages. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. Following that confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.
