Message Types: We send two categories of SMS messages: (1) non-marketing messages, including appointment confirmations, reminders, and responses to service inquiries; and (2) marketing messages, including seasonal specials and promotional offers, only to contacts who provide separate, explicit consent for marketing communications.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our service.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation message upon successful opt-out.

All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
